I'm filling the pick form to transfer my old number to EE, but the system keep saying that the PAC is not correct. I get it from the old provider and is valid until 19/09/2023. What should I do in dealing with this situation?

You won't need to enter this twice, if you call us on 150 the team will check when the number will transfer for you 🙂

Yes, does that mean I don't need to make the transfer again? Then when will the transfer achieved?

About 1 working day after you 1st use the EE SIM.
