esim won’t activate

Please help !!

New phone upgrade 

transfer with esim went fine and mobile data was working BUT icloud transfer didn’t work so I had to reset the whole phone - obviously then lost the esim 

trying to then redownload/won’t activate 

went into the EE app and replaced esim to get a new QR code every time i try to scan this it now comes up with cannot download esim 

can’t get any calls or texts in either phone

@mp1013  You’ll need to call customer support so they can actually the eSIM for you.  This will have to be tomorrow now as customer support is closed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris, that's not much of a solution. 
I have a similar issue and have had no service since Xmas eve and even on my home wi Fi I cant call, text or use wi Fi calling.

I cat call customer support either, like the OP as I cannot get calls or texts.

You could download Skype and call the freephone number using it if you are unable to call using another phone, it should be free.
