Activate ee sim

I have changed from giffgaff to ee and upgraded. Backed up and transferred data. Entered pac put in ee SIM card, added credit but still my no has not transferred and I have no data . What else do I need to go? It’s been 6 days now and extremely frust...

PAC

I've just bought a pay as you go Sim card and gave EE my PAC but when I turned my phone on it has a different number. Is that normal, and if so, how long will it take for my PAC to work and my old number to appear?
