eSim/Sim. Upgraded to new phone Samsung S24128GB but no sign of Sim in box!!!

No sign of Sim in box! How does eSim work?

@Huaweiboy  Can you put your old sim in the new device?     And there will be no sim in the phone box it’s should be within the same delivery bag. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Must be an eSim. No sign of sim card! EE Store assistant never mentioned anything about Sim card. Gonna try setting up my phone tonight, see ehast prompts etc I get

Can you use the old SIM in the new phone? 

If no SIM card was supplied, this should be the same size and work for you 🙂
