eSIM deleted new sim card sent out and still no service after entered into phone

@Matt230680 !  SIM cards  take around 24 hours to activate, But try restarting the device a few times as this will help the network see the Sim card.  It’s usually activated around 4-5 hours 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve had the sim in phone since Wednesday and still nothing 

What else can I do?

I deleted eSIM to find no service on SIM card, replacement sent out few days ago. Entered the sim and still no service!! I cannot contact with phone as 150 etc.. is not possible due to sim issues. How do I webchat regarding this issue and solution
