Esim fiasco

Hi

Having issues with an Esim on my phone which has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks, the original Esim was deleted, downloaded a new one didn’t, spoke to Support who said wait 24th s still nothing rang support again requesting a physical sim, 4 days later another Esim code arrives back to the same issue, no service on phone any help would be appreciated as clearly customer support haven no idea

@JLDorn  Call customer services or go to a EE store and request a replacement SIM card.  If you go to a store you’ll need in date photo ID with you. 

Hi I’m having same issue as I cannot call is there a webchat way at all?
