eSIM QR Code (My EE not working)

hi, 

EE app not working, please how can I find QR code for my eSIM? 

Reason being I need to completely erase iPhone 15 but don’t have physical SIM, so will need to re-install eSIM

You can reset your iPhone and keep the eSIM, it gives you the option, however if you do delete it, you will have no service until you arrange a replacement from EE.
