Resolved! PAC code still not actioned.

I have just moved from O2 to EE and the text I received when I submitted the PAC code said my number would be transferred by 6pm on 20/1/25 however it’s still not transferred over. How much longer will this take. I’m very disappointed with this.

Changing from sim to Esim

I need to change my physical sim to an Esim so I can have another SIM card in (for business purposes). How do I go about activating an esim on a phone that has the physical sim in it? thanks.
