Phone calls not working

Hi, i have recently got a new phone and transferred the physical sim card over. it seems like my data and texts are working but i cant make phone calls as it says that any number i call is incorrect and it doesn’t let anyone call my number either

Can’t make calls or be called after upgrading

Mines a iPhone 16 what I got today and it’s doing the same thing can’t call or recive calls is there a fix or should I go back to the EE store

How can i find out if my physical sim that is inserted in my device is locked and if it is how do i unlock it?Or how can i add the mobile number that’s with the physical sim to a eSIM?
