not received a confirmation email for esim

hi ive applied for the esim only as new customer not received a confirmation email to download said esim and im starting to worry a bit about if or when i will receive it

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your confirmation with your mobile number. 

If you have checked your Spam/Junk folders and nothing is showing I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.

@restifen   Where have you read you’ll get an email to download the eSIM. ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

"If you’ve ordered an eSIM for a SIM only plan with us, you can download your eSIM by logging in to EE. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to register for an EE ID and link your product to download your eSIM. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email."

When I log in using my EE ID, there is no evidence I ever ordered an eSIM.

When I try to "link" my product, I'm asked for the eSIM phone number which I have no way of knowing.

When i bought the esim it stated i will recieve a confirmation email  to activate my esim 

This is exactly my problem 

@Katie_B how can I contact EE without a number is there anything I can do or do I have to wait and hope an email comes through 

You can call 0800 956 6000 from another phone. For the options, I pressed 1 a bunch of times. Then it asks you to type your phone number. Just type any number, but do it slowly because you can't get through a whole number before it starts reading out more options.
