New Sim Issue

My new sim keeps losing its connection from my phone. I keep getting the “No Sim Installed” error message.  When I restart the phone the issue is solved but after a while the same issue returns.any idea? Thank you

Second number on phone

Hi All..I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the same number I've had since joining Orange then EE for over 30 years.I would like to know, if I can have a second number to use for business instead of having two mobiles? Thank you so much..

PAC codes

I have requested the PAC codes for both of the phones on my account, is that sufficient to cancel the account ?

PAC code validation

Hello, I'm trying to enter the PAC code from my previous provider to transfer my number to EE, but the system keeps telling me:"Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look likeABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC."
