Hi there my sister lost her phone , she received today a new phone with out a sim , because she works in NHS she told me to contact on her behalf Any help

@Alex4052  Your sister will have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card.  You can not do this yourself unless your sister has already given permission for you to do this on her behalf with EE.
