Can't get a PAC code or remove add ons

I have been calling 150 daily to try and remove a roaming add on I only wanted for 1 month and to also get a PAC code so I can leave. When I try and do either of these things via text or online, I get an error message. I can't get through on 150 and am left on hold forever. Meanwhile I am stuck paying a monthly charge and an add on which I dont want or need!

@GemmaG1 : Text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
Which roaming add-on are you trying to cancel? When you port to the new network all add-ons will be cancelled anyway.
