I m far from london and nead upgrade sim card by internet

Are you in the UK?
Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract?
Have you tried restarting your device?

After restarting my mobile phone conection been good, I upgraded my device and now from morning situation the same, internet and phone call not working. Please check again what happened becouse restarting device is not helpful in this moment.
