I have a samsung flip Z3. I have damged the sim card reader. Can I tranfer my data and number onto an esim from the simcard in my old phone? 

Esim registration problems

Hi, i got my esim qr through the post today, I scanned qr, put my number in, serial number, named that line as personal, put the verification number in, when the code was supposed to come to my phone, which was a different phone to what i was setting...

SIM card 2g compatible

Hi  I need a 2g sim for a device I’m my touring caravan for the heating controls, can you advise me on best one to get, I don’t need calls but believe data/texts are required (it’s for a Truma iNet)TIA

I lost activation card and so I cant activate my work my replacement sim

I recently got a new Sim card but by accident lost the card with the number and info and I have no way of getting it back. Is there any way I an still find a way to activate my new Sim card without the number and info etc?

Esim issues

There seems to be an on going issue with Esim and my phone. I had to reset my phone so went into an EE store to get a new one, as I accidentally deleted the sim at the time of phone reset. I am able to receive notifications, such as emails, texts etc...

I’ve the same issue a few days away my sim stopped working. can’t call 150 can’t make calls. 

I wish to close my account with you and need my pac number please?

hiwhen i try to complete the number port it says my pac code is invalid. its the one BT mobile have emailed and text me. any advice on how to resolve this?thank jonny
