Hi
I tried to activate my e-sim today and it downloaded the e-sim and added it to data plan
But my physical sim was deactivated.before I could activate my e-sim. hence when i try to activate my e-sim I don’t get the code .
i m not able to use my phone and I really need to sim.
I am in a flux - not sure what to do

What happens if you try to activate your eSIM now?
If you're unable to do it, you'd need to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
