Hi. I’ve amended my plan today and received a new SIM card. I wanted to keep my old number. How do I ensure my old number transfers to this new SIM card please?

Resolved! Transfer number from SMARTY to EE

I requested to have my old number transfer to EE. The phone came and the old number of SMARTY was working but now the transfer is taking more than 2 days. I tried to manually select EE but my Z4 rejected that.

Resolved! Dual Sim Set Up

I've just added a second line to my account for work.  I've got an IPhone 13 mini. New sim has arrived, no instructions on how to set it up.  Put the new sim in and it appears to be working but no QR code came with it and so am not getting any prompt...
