Sim failure

I am getting a message telling me sim failure, it was fine earlier anyone experiencing the same

@jeannie60   You need to request a replacement SIM card.  You can do this at a EE store you’ll need photo ID or you can call customer services to request a replacement sim.  

Your sim is faulty. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
