Moved from o2 along with my number, but have lost my new EE SIM card so not sure what to do. I am on a pay as you go contract so buying a new sim is not an issue but I want to keep my number  and can’t seem to find any useful information to sort this...

Hello,I just opened a new account on EE and was willing to buy a new sim card as I will visiting the UK for a whole month in a week.I could not find an option to buy a new number and sim online.whats the solution?

Tried to transfer to an esim for my new iphone

HiI’ve just tried to switch to an esim for my new iphone 14, I selected to set it up on my new phone but I don’t seem to be receiving any service and now I’ve lost service on my old phone. help would be much appreciated.
