Urgent E sim activation

Hi,

 

just upgraded. Everything was absolutely fine and working calls and internet. Went into my ee account and it asked me to activate my esim…..it sent me a code then my handset has just completly lost connection and internet. Can’t make or receive calls? Please help

@monjoses  did I ask you to activate the eSim or did it ask you if you wanted to activate eSIM? You don’t have to use an eSim if you don’t want too.    I’ve not long ago switch from a full contract to a sim only and I’ve not been asked to do anything of the sort
