My phone shows “No Service” and there is no fully active EE plan in Mobile Data. When people call my number the calls still go to Lyca voicemail. This is a split-port issue. The number is stuck between Lyca and EE. Please escalate this to the Porting...

Resolved! Moving number to EE

I have just ported my old number to EE but I have an active plan with EE with the number the SIM card gives you. If I change my number will I still have this plan or will I lose it? 

Emergency only calls

Moved frome tesco to EE, keeping okd number, had messages say all gone through & ready but still can't do out going calls Help needed as lots of hospital appointments
