I am abroad and my EE SIM card is damaged. Can I request eSIM while I am abroad? If not can I request Norma SIM card to be posted to my address? as I cannot get in touch with EE customer service. thanks

Is it possible to get a SIM from EE that is SMS only, no data needed, not fussed if it has minutes on but need one for an alarm system and don't want to be paying through the roof each month for one.
