Resolved! Not receiving otp after switching to EE

I'm not getting otp since I port from lycamobile to ee... I've spent 2 days calling the customer care and spoken to 8 people. Please if it's not working, how do I get back to my lycamobile please. This is really frustrating

Transfer number

Hello, I’ve just put my new SIM card in my phone but I have a different number even though I entered my PAC code while ordering. Does it take some time for my old number to transfer? Thanks, Tia
