SOS emergency call

 Emergency auto call SOS service states that it requires a sim card to work. Unsure if it will work with my phone as it has an e-sim card , not a physical sim card .

Resolved! How long to port number

Hi I just requested to port my number from O2 to EE. I got a text to say this will be completed by 02/01/24. I thought it only took a few hours. Is this right? Thanks
