Cannot get EE PAC code due to "account status''

Hi
I am a PAYG customer and I believe my account is still active.
I have been trying to get the PAC code from the app and web, but not successful. After each attempt, I receive an SMS saying 'Hi from EE. Sorry, due to your account status for xxxxxxxxxxx, we are no able to process your request. Please log into ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAT'
What is wrong with my account status as I can still see the credit and I have just sent a chargeable SMS?
More importantly, what should I do to get the PAC

How long ago is it since you used your phone and sim card? You may need to contact customer service to resolve this.

Are you trying to text 65075 for your PAC? If you have more than 1 no. on your EE a/c you can't use that & will need to call CS for your PAC. That is probably the status it is referring to.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
