I gave EE my pac code when I placed my order, how long after inserting new sim into phone should it take for my old number to work again, do I have to do anything else for this to happen

I want a PUK code to port my number. when I log into my account I don't have a menu option or a Manage Device option. I don't want to hang on for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call. Surely there's an easier way than this? Maybe I could ...
