I have recently purchased the apple S9 watch cellular plan with EE. In my account it shows the different number to the my phone number which makes no sense for me. Also, I don't get any call or notifications on the watch when the phone isn't connected. It seems that the cellular plan doesn't work

The number on your account is for billing purposes only. Calls made to your mobile number should route through your watch too.
If you think it isn't set up correctly, I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team.

Hi, I called EE on 150 and EE representative resolved this issue. I can use my watch now for the calling purpose when it is not connected with a phone
