Resolved! my number was deactivated

I was not even in the country and my number was deactivated, I am now back in the UK and my number is deactivated and I have had that number for more than 5 years, and it is linked in all my accounts. please help

Hi there basically I’m just looking to get a new number and I was wondering if I could not necessarily personalise a number, but pick a number. Tried to call not sure what option to go through dont wanna go to wrong department as they can be rude.
