I booked a SIM card on the EE official website on September 10th, 2024. The website stated that it would be delivered within one to two working days. However, it is now September 14th, and I have not received any updates, including SMS notifications or emails about the dispatch.

Welcome to the community,
You will not get notification about SIM card delivery, they are sent out via second class post, so depends how good the post is and can take 3-5 working days to reach you.
You can, however, if near an EE high street store and have a photo ID with you, get it in a shop if you need it sooner.

You mean I can just take my BRP to an EE store to get the SIM card, right? Even if I ordered it online and am transferring from a LEBARA number to EE.

@Aptime , yes you can, but do remember to take some form of photo ID with you.
