My son has accidentally selected to convert his SIM to an eSIM and now his sim is showing as inactive.
Is there anyway he can reserve this? Or how does he fix the issue as he cannot use his phone unless on WiFi now.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If your son has converted to eSIM we'd need to either get that working or you'd need to order another SIM.
How was it he changed to an eSIM? Was it in the EE app?
