Hello, my phone contract is due to end and I’ve just upgraded online to a new sim only contract. On my email it says I’ll receive a new SIM card in the post, but I’m currently using an eSIM. Will it not just swap over to the new contract terms, using my current sim?
My husband chose the same upgrade option earlier this month, he hasn’t received a new SIM card in the post yet and his contract ended a few days ago, but he can still use his phone, he has an eSIM too. I’m assuming it’s just swapped over, or is he likely to lose the use of his phone soon as a new sim hasn’t arrived? Thanks

Hello @katieMC1 ,
Welcome to the community,
Since you have done an upgrade, you just continue with the same SIM card, no need for a new SIM card, sometimes they send one out, just in case there is a problem with the old SIM card. No need to swap over.
