What happened: Provided PAC code when order was placed for new SIM (didn't port number)Filled in the form to port my number but it didn't workThen I called customer service said it would port the next day but wouldn't happenNot sure how to fix it at ...

Resolved! Upgrade

If I were to upgrade my phone contract, which is now finished, to a 12 month sim only deal, can I upgrade again to a new mobile during this 12 month period without penalties

Hi we are having exactly the same problems , both our phones will not accept the PAC codes whichever way you try just keeps saying wrong format  should be ABC123456 , we have until 6th June
