My sim card has been changed both within EE which changed my phone number. Is their anyway i can retrieve my phone number with this Sim card as it has a better plan?

I have exact same issue with porting in from LycaMobile. I am no longer receiving OTP verification codes. I contacted CS, couldn’t really resolve it. Said it’s been escalated and I’ll get a call back from them. Still waiting for a call back.
