eSIM not working

I’ve reset my settings and my eSim disappeared, and when I tried to activate it on EE app turned to no signals and the phone number changed to 00000000000. I’ve tried the replace eSim, however, I couldn’t receive the “ONE PIN” thing as I don’t have signal. And now I cannot use my phone except WiFi. What should I do?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If the eSIM has been deleted when the settings were reset, you would need a replacement eSIM or physical SIM for your number. 

To do this, you can get in touch with us, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.
