I signed up to EE a week ago on a eSIM only deal. How do I get my eSIM/SIM card ? I’ve had no correspondence from EE other than an email thanking me for my order. And today I received my first bill? But no simm or qr code. someone please help.
i tried 2 times to enter my PAC code but got this messageI sent ee my PAC code before it expired but since they took too long verifying it, it expired and now I need a new one. I got the new one but now I can't enter it cuz of this error

i cant get a pac code as my phone isnt working and i cant go to shop this is getting ridiculous they have messed me around for 2 weeks .Surely there is some way to get pac code through email or on here i am going crazy can anyone help please.
