eSIM through the post - Crazy`````

I cannot believe how ridiculous that is.

So I order an 'additional line' SIMO Contract eith sSIM onine, order goes throught but then get an email to say they need to confirm details, please call, so I did, all done etc. Told it can take up to 2 days which seems a long time, but if it does not arrive within 48 hours to call them back.
Sure enough 48 hours later I call them back, only to be told that my eSIM will come via smail mail when they get around to posting it, which they havent yet, oh and they cannot scrub that one and just send an email with the eSIM.

Never heard anything so ridiculous!.

I’ve literally had the same experience, email, longest phone call of my life and I got to the end, she says it will be posted in 2 days.  I said, I’m really sorry I ticked the option for eSIM and she said yes, we will post a QR code.  My mind is blown!  What’s the point of the eSIM
