Hey, thisbis not a recent post, but please let me know how things worked out. I'm having the same issue, moved to EE, cctv won't work. Works fine on wifi, fine with VPN on, but that's not good enough.
Thanks.

Are you using an EE Mobile Router for this?
If so, or if using another router that provides the option, try changing the IP Type to IPv4 from the default of IPv4v6.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Not using a router, it's via 4g connection. I can see the cameras, but when I open them up they hang at 99%. Vpn helps, but that's not a long term solution. Really surprised that EE which is huge provider haven't fixed this, since there are a LOT of reports on this particular issue.

Ah okay gotcha, what model of device are you using?
If it is an Android device, you should be able to edit your APN Settings/create a new profile and copy all of the default details but change the IP Protocol from IPv4v6 to IPv4.
Worth a try if you can do it.
Unfortunately no such option is available on Apple devices to edit APN Settings, with a VPN being the only way to make sure you get a different form of IP address.

Hi. Tried that, if i do Ipv4/ipv6 it doesn't, ipv4 is actually double in speed (4g) than both (4 and 6) and ipv6 will stop the signal altogether.
I do hope that one day this will be fixed but probably will be far away from EE by then 🙂
