Hello everyone,
I have 2 issues:
1) I want to buy a 1-month contract sim, but I do not have a personal contact number to fill in the requirement field. I have only a greek mobile number that will be 14 digits length, but it asks for 11. May I use a contact number of a friend of mine in the UK?
2) EE's app is not compatible with my mobile phone. Will that be a problem if I want to renew the plan/change to another one or I can manage that via a browser?

Hi @AkisKarorimakis,
Welcome to the EE Community
1. Yeah you can use whichever contact number you have available to you.
2. You can manage everything with your plan via the website that you can do via the app so it should not cause you any issues managing your plan if you do not have a compatible device for the app.

Unfortunately my order has been cancelled without any reason given. Sorry EE makes it very difficult to get things done.

I tried that too and have been charged accordingly for the call. I lost a lot of time filling all these information, my order have never been fixed and you lost a customer.
