i just joined EE from giffgaff..  when i signed up online,, i asked tro have my giffgaff number ported .. i gave ee the pac code.. and   my sim arrived today... but with a different pre installled number on the sim..    and i cant see on the ee app o...

3 or 4 years and you haven't fixed it.

PAC code error: Please make sure you enter the right phone number.Search on this site shows you aren't even hiding the failure. I see results from 2019 with the exact same problem that your website is not recognising the phone number prefix it actual...

Resolved! ESIM as secondry line - can't receive OTP...!!

So I have an ESim installed as a secondary line in my phone, can make and receive calls, can send text messages and receive them, but the only OTP I can get is from EE..... no other institutions at all.  Been on the phone to EE three times about this...
