I placed order for sims yesterday got the successful email does this mean it gone through and do you get email when posted how long they take to come

New EE customer - cannot make calls

Hi, I just transferred to EE mobile yesterday afternoon. My former provider (Vodafone) stopped working just now, but I cannot make or receive calls on EE. Not ideal for work.EE say to call for technical support - but I can't!Can anyone please advise?

eSIM No Signal

I activated my eSIM from the EE app yesterday on my new iPhone 15 plus. All worked and it said the mobile data plan was accepted. The eSIM says 'on'. However, still no signal? EE have been no help at all on live chat. I've restarted the phone, toggle...

SIM card new phone

My ee SIM card is a little one can I transfer it into  any new phone ? If not how do I get a replacement  Ee SIM card same number for my new phone , please.
