transfer time from three to ee

hi all I've been waiting since Saturday  13/07/24 for my phone to b switched to ee from threeand its still not donedo i need a ee sim card to do this ?thanks all

I have recently moved to EE from 02.when requesting my new sim from EE I have them a pac code to keep my number with themi have put my new EE SIM card in today. Will my number automatically be transferred as I don’t have the PAC code anymore
