I’ve just joined EE. I ported my old number from giffgaff, but when I go into settings on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, in the ‘my number’ part it’s still showing the number for the EE sim and I can’t change it. Just wondering why? Anyone know.

@MikeH61 Turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device. Check your number in settings>apps>phone and if it’s now correct you can re-enable iMessage and FaceTime
