I have ordered a phone and no confirmation

I have ordered a phone and payed the deposit I haven’t received a confirmation email so can’t track it. It’s also not showing in my orders it just says page unavailable. The money has been taken fro my bank,should I be worried

EE GameCard Incorrect PIN

Hi, I received a text this morning with the £50 EE GameCard voucher for the switch 2 bundle I recently ordered. When I try to redeem it tells me the PIN is incorrect. Can someone please help me resolve this?Thanks.

Suspended account

I have received a notice that my account is suspended and my bill needs paying on my app. I’ve gone to pay but it’s then saying I’m all paid up, but my phones definitely disconnected as I can’t call anyone.

Why doesn't my voicemail work?

I've been made aware that my phone doesn't have a voicemail so nobody can leave a message.How do I set voicemail up? I've tried going into it and recorded a personal message but it's not activated at all.
