Hi 

I have a Pay-as-you-go account with four numbers on it. I want to add another number (SIM). When I go through the activation process, which I enter the number, receive a PIN via text and then enter the Serial number I get a message that say's Well, that didn't work Please try again or call 150 from an EE device, or 07973 100 150' 

When I call the support number the wait is over 30 mins. 

Can anyone help?

This sounds like something that you need to speak to the technical support team for. Hopefully they can help you get this sorted.

But it takes over 30 minutes to get through to Tech support.
