Hi, I bought a 12month 120gb data sim and put it in my Reolink camera. Works perfectly. Great.
How can I view the data usage. All the articles I've read say things like log in to my ee with your ee device. It's a camera I can't log in with it.
Or text 150 from your ee device. Ditto its a camera.
Help please.

Hi there @Auntyfred
Thanks for coming here,
If you register for the My EE app or the My EE account online you can view data usage for the SIM 🙂
Leanne.

I doubt you'll be able to register that SIM's no. to MyEE as it will need to send it a verification text which you can't read from a camera.

Thankyou, I think I've sorted it but my goodness what a faff that was.
In a field miles from anywhere in a thunder storm with torrential rain didn't help 🤣
Carry step ladder to camera location.
Got camera down, not easy for a tiny child sized adult.
Remove sim.
Put sim in mobile phone.
Log onto my ee.
Link that number.
Put sim back in camera. Camera assumes new sim so had to reset everything.
Put camera back.
Phew.
Seems to be working on Web based my ee.
Doesn't work through the app.

My mistake was assuming it would work the same as previous provider.
