Unable to transfer number to ee

I am trying to transfer my number from Lebara to EE. When I fill in the form online, the form does not recognise my new EE number and says error “please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK number etc”.

How can I resolve this as I need this number working ASAP.
This is a disappointing start to a new network provider

If you insert the new EE SIM into a phone, you can text PORT to 150 to allow you to transfer the number that way.

It will ask for your PAC code and the number you want to transfer. This will then give you a time and date for the Port to go through. Usually next working day if processed before 5:30pm.

Hi @TC2002 It's great news to hear that you're moving over to us, welcome to the network 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble entering your temporary number into the form, I can imagine it must be pretty frustrating.

Could I just check, are you using this form?

I'd recommend giving one of our guides a call, as they can process your PAC request.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Hi @Chris_S

Thank you for your response. I am unable to make any calls, send any texts and don’t have data coverage at the moment.
But will try calling again later today.

Thank you.

On I see, thanks for letting me know @TC2002

Do you have access to WIFI? You can give us a call via WIFI calling.

We have a website which gives more information on how to use WIFI calling: here
