Had a text saying port is complete but my sim still isnt working

Hello,

I am trying to port my number from O2 to EE, had a message come through from EE saying the port is complete yesterday at midday, but my phone currently doesn't have mobile data, the network keeps switching between emergency calls only and EE, and shows mixed signal strength throughout the day

When I try to call of my old and new phone it doesn't allow me, just saying that an incorrect number has been dialled, but I know that's not the case. Strangely, my data is still working on my O2 sim.

Any help?

Hi @JSJ1402 

Welcome to the Community. 

Seems like your port hasn't completed fully yet. This usually completes by midnight at the latest. 

Have you restarted both EE and previous mobile phones to allow the SIM cards to update? 

If your services are still not working correctly you'll need to call Customer Service from another phone so they can investigate and get it working for you. 

Can you keep us updated with how you get on?
