Hi there, I’ve just changed over from Vodafone and now have no signal, so can’t make calls or go online. I can’t seem to contact anyone for help as I can’t call them. I’ve briefly managed to connect through WiFi but can’t see anywhere to find help. The online chat isn’t showing up in the app. Any ideas?

I have a new sim only contract which isn’t working, I have no calls or internet connection. I have briefly connected to WiFi but can’t contact anyone. Any ideas how to contact? The app chat doesn’t seem to be working. Just tells me to ring them which obviously I can’t do

You should be able to get Live Chat from the Help section of the EE app.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
