Hi there, I’ve just changed over from Vodafone and now have no signal, so can’t make calls or go online. I can’t seem to contact anyone for help as I can’t call them. I’ve briefly managed to connect through WiFi but can’t see anywhere to find help. The online chat isn’t showing up in the app. Any ideas?

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to see if this restores coverage. Also perform a manual network search and check EE is listed.
You can contact CS6 using any working phone - use 07953 966150. Or download & install a web-calling app such as Skype, to call +44 800 9566000
