Hi there,

so this is quite urgent, but I cannot get In contact with people at EE. I requested to have my number transferred last Friday, it is now Wednesday where I needed to have my number back as I am in a foreign country. Instead my sim struggles with signal for data and has my old number.

can someone please help????

I doubt your no. will port while you are connected to a foreign network. It needs to be activated on EE's home UK network.

@13tjh   @XRaySpeX  Is right you can not do number migrations if your on a roaming network.     Just to point out changing a number will not improve the signal.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
