Trying to set up esim on my new device as my other device was stolen...

EE want to send me a "code" to my number, but I dont have my number as other phone was stolen... what do I do? Thanks

You'll need to request a physical sim first then convert to esim.

I had the same issue; i had requested a replacement eSIM, and it was asking for a verification code. Therefore, I just called EE, and they were able to bypass the verification code some way, and give me a step by step tutorial on how to get the eSIM activated, and ready to go.
