Hi,
I ordered a new sim card from EE on the 30th of May and was sent an email saying the order was being processed and dispatched and was told they will send me a text regarding delivery update, the problem is i no longer have a working phone number so can't receive these updates. is there anyway i can get an update on my order? can't they just send me an email about it?

SIM Orders are sent by Royal Mail and will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days.
If you have not received the SIM card, please call our sales team on 0800 956 6000 and they can check this for you.
